An "in between" option that requires our nurses to attend essential visits in person and complete nonessential visits on a HIPAA compliant virtual platform.
FullCase Management
The classic "nurse in the field" option! Our assigned nurse case managers will attend all visits and provide monthly reports with appointment reviews and treatment recommendations.
CatCase Management
Catastrophic trained NCMs will provide onsite coordination of complex care between multiple treating providers, complete daily on site evaluations while injured workers are hospitalized, and provide daily updates to the team. 60-day max.
